WEISS App1.1.2 - Get APK

Calculate, select, get started.

What load must your new WEISS table be capable of withstanding? What linear motor axis is the right one for my application? And how were similar automation requirements met in the past? The new WEISS app now provides the answers. Choosing the right product from the comprehensive WEISS range of components has never been easier – whether rotary indexing table, linear motor axis or handling module. Let your smartphone do the work! Determine the mass moment of inertia in only a few steps, and benefit from the wealth of experience of one of the leading suppliers of automation solutions. As a customer you also have the chance to take part in exciting competitions several times a year. Come in. Enter the "World of WEISS".

Tool for calculating the mass moment of inertia

Only the parameters for the plate and attachments need to be entered in order to calculate the mass moment of inertia. Is the plate made of aluminium or steel? Round or square? How heavy are the attachments? The WEISS app calculates the acting forces quickly and comfortably. You can then use the results of the calculation to select your new WEISS rotary table. Of course, you can also refer back to the saved configurations when you return next time, or send the results to a colleague – directly from the app.

"Linear Calculator" calculation tool

Which WEISS linear motor axis is the right one for your automation requirements? The Linear Calculator is a simple and intuitive calculation tool that answers this very question. In a few steps, the app recommends the optimum motor axis for your application. All that is needed is a few entries about the travel distance, the required travel time and the maximum load. The Linear Calculator calculates the acting forces and finds your new WEISS motor axis in the design that is just right for you.
